1. Agreement & Scope

• By engaging Atelier 33, the client agrees to the manufacturing, supply, and installation of cabinetry as outlined in the signed contract, including quotations and drawings.
• Any changes must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are based on standard conditions and exclude additional work like plumbing, electrical fittings, and structural modifications.
• A 70% deposit is required before manufacturing, 20% before installation, and 10% upon completion.
• Full payment is required for appliances and any variation orders.

3. Installation & Delivery

• Installation occurs within 10-12 weeks, depending on material selection.
• The client must ensure the site is ready. A callout fee of R2750 applies for unprepared sites.
• Risk transfers to the client upon delivery.

4. Changes & Cancellations

• Additional requests will be subject to variation orders and lead time extensions.
• If payment is not made on time, Atelier 33 may suspend work or reclaim installed items.
  5. Warranty & Liability
• A two-year warranty applies to workmanship and materials, excluding natural wood variations, wear, or improper maintenance.
• Atelier 33 is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, third parties, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Ownership & Copyright

• Ownership of cabinetry remains with Atelier 33 until full payment is made.
• All designs remain Atelier 33’s intellectual property and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and disputes will be handled under South African jurisdiction.
